This decentralized system is specifically engineered to reduce the environmental footprint of traditional waste management by processing waste locally, reducing long-haul transportation, and limiting landfill reliance. Centralized yet scalable, this technology emphasizes high recovery rates through sustainable processes like bio-methanation, plastic-to-fuel conversion, and advanced ICT-based monitoring. With a circular economy design, it upcycles waste into valuable by-products like biogas, polyfuel, and compost-grade manure, helping municipalities achieve self-sustaining waste management.

  • Capacity: The facility is equipped to handle up to 7,500 MT annually, diverting substantial waste from landfills and reducing greenhouse gas emissions in the process.
  • Economy and Renewable By-Product Use: Designed for maximum efficiency, the system recycles biogas to power waste collection vehicles and converts polyfuel to support hazardous waste processing. Compost-grade manure generated on-site is repurposed for agriculture.
  • CPCB Safety Standards Compliance: The facility adheres to Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) norms, ensuring safe and compliant operations for employees and the surrounding environment.
