Hence the Fee once paid is not refundable or adjustable under any circumstances. However, if security deposit is demanded by us for any of the skill development or On-hands training or such other similar programs, the refund of fee shall be made, unless no damage or loss had been occurred due to the intentional or unintentional action of that person.
